We specialise in coaching women through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. If you have specific pelvic floor challenges or injuries, we can offer you that extra support. We focus on the nitty gritty, the whole picture of health. This is more than just what you are eating and how you are moving your body. We look at your hormones, environmental factors, health history and physical and emotional challenges.

Hi, I’m Ming, Founder of Inner Strength Hāwea.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Weightlifting Coach, and Specialist in Pre & Postnatal, Menopause, and Nutrition, I’m dedicated to helping you optimise your body’s potential. From my own experiences through adolescence, two pregnancies, and postpartum, I understand the importance of feeling heard and supported through these huge life changes.

 

My mission is to provide a nurturing environment where women can connect and empower each other. We focus on nourishing both body and mind by promoting a healthy hormone balance, managing stress, improving sleep, and establishing healthy habits, all tailored to support your well-being and future goals.

 

Located in Lake Hāwea, our private studio gym offers a safe space for women to build strength, confidence, and wellness through personalised movement, nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching.
