Designed for expectant mothers to enhance their strength, stability, and overall wellness during pregnancy. This class focuses on safe, low-impact exercises that build core stability, support pelvic floor health, and improve overall functional fitness. It aims to help pregnant women maintain physical health, manage pregnancy-related discomforts, and prepare their bodies for labour and delivery, all while accommodating the unique needs of each stage of pregnancy.

Open Gym

Enjoy flexible access to our fully equipped private studio gym with free workouts to follow. Choose the membership that fits your needs, whether it’s a single weekly visit or unlimited access. Ideal for independent workouts, or training with your mates. Take advantage of our workouts provided, updated weekly by our expert trainers. Our Open Gym options allow you to maintain your exercise routine on your schedule.

A restorative class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Using Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques, deep stretching, gentle mobility, and guided rest, this session supports deep recovery for both body and mind. Perfect for anyone needing to unwind, manage stress, or balance out a heavy training load. No experience needed.
