Kids Strength Class

A fun, high-energy after-school class designed to help kids build strength, coordination, and confidence through functional movement. Using age-appropriate exercises, games, and teamwork, kids will learn how to move well, develop healthy movement patterns, and safely learn the basics of strength training in a supportive environment.

Class Details

  • 45-minute class

  • Suitable for children of all fitness levels

  • Parents or caregivers must remain on-site for the duration of the class and are responsible for supervising their child

  • Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended

 

Pricing

  • $10 per child, per class when prepaid for the term

  • Casual/drop-in rate: $15 per child, per class
